Mistura Ayinde

Hi, I'm Mistura 👋

Growth and product marketer for consumer apps and e-commerce.

I build the campaigns, write the content behind them, and keep a brand sounding like itself everywhere it shows up — email, social, search and paid.

About

I started in records management, keeping files straight for over two thousand patients. It taught me what marketing courses don't: if the information underneath isn't organised, nothing on top of it is reliable. That rule still runs how I report on campaigns.

Four years on, I work across paid acquisition, lifecycle email, content and community for consumer apps and e-commerce. Reach is easy to buy. I'd rather tell you what the spend returned, which users came back, and what I'd cut next time.

I'm looking for a growth or product marketing role on a team that ships often and wants a marketer who reads the dashboard before writing the deck. Remote, any timezone — I already work across US hours.

What I'm hired for

Let's talk outcomes

Four things that are usually broken when someone calls me.

Installs that don't stick

Paid and organic acquisition built around retention, not click volume. I'd rather bring in half as many users and keep them.

A list nobody opens

Lifecycle flows, segmentation and clean deliverability so an existing list earns its keep. Last one reached 7,000+ subscribers at 99.8% delivery.

A launch nobody understood

Positioning and go-to-market copy that says what the user gets, not what the team built.

A product with no audience yet

Reddit, creators and podcasts — an audience built where the product actually belongs, before launch day.

User growth

Three consumer apps, 200% more users

PRODUCT & DIGITAL MARKETING · FULL-TIME · REMOTE

I own marketing across an early-stage studio's app portfolio — Rootcause, Youversity and Motiv. Google and Reddit campaigns for acquisition, a lifecycle email flow per app, and the go-to-market content holding three brands together. The feedback those emails collected went back to the product team and changed what shipped after launch.

BRAND CURATOR · CONTRACT · REMOTE

Marketing for a luxury furniture and art retailer selling into a high-end US market. I run the Google Ads account, the Mailchimp programme, and the blog, landing pages and conversion tracking underneath both. Across five months the ads returned 606 conversions on $4,550 of spend — about $7.50 each. The site relaunch I wrote and promoted converted 40 sales.

DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST · CONTRACT, COMPLETED · REMOTE

A Costa Rica dark-retreat platform with nothing online. I stood up five channels from scratch, built a Reddit community from zero, and signed ten creators and six podcasts — so the product launched to an audience instead of to silence.
